Hafsa graduated from the University of Kwazulu-Natal, Durban in 2019 with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree with Deans commendation. She then served as a Candidate Legal Practitioner at Venns Attorneys. Working at both their Durban and Pietermaritzburg branches. During her two year practical vocational training she gained considerable experience in Commercial Litigation and Public Law.

She was admitted as a Legal Practitioner in February 2021 and has now joined the Litigation Department at PGPS Attorneys.
