Hayley specialises in the Administration of Deceased Estates; Estate Planning; Trusts and Conveyancing. She has worked as a conveyancing secretary at three well-reputed firms in Pietermaritzburg from 2002 to 2005. In 2005 she enrolled to study a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree through the University of South Africa (UNISA) and graduated with this degree in 2009.

Hayley was admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer in 2010. She joined the Fiduciary Department at TMJ Attorneys as a Senior Associate in October 2014 and was a director of the firm until June 2020.

She will continue to specialise in these areas at PGPS Attorneys; and she is looking forward to this next chapter in her career as she heads up the conveyancing department in the new firm.
