Candidate Attorney

Nthabiseng completed a BA (Politics) 2009 and BA (Honours) in Public Management and Governance in 2011 at the University of Johannesburg. After completion, she worked at Rivascape Investments (Johannesburg) as a Liaison Officer for 3 years. She then went on to pursue her LLB studies at the University of Witwatersrand (WITS) where she completed in 2019.

During her final year she participated in a Mentorship programme at the Johannesburg High Court under the mentorship of Acting Judge President of the High Court, Judge Margaret Victor. During the programme she was given tasks to complete and given the opportunity to discuss Judgments with several Judges, with exposure in civil and criminal courts. During the programme she was also exposed to the Constitutional Court where she was also given daily tasks to complete and discuss constitutional judgments with various Justices.

Nthabiseng served Articles at TMJ Attorneys in 2020 and was exposed to the administration of deceased estates. She then ceded her articles to PGPS Attorneys where she is still in deceased estates and Conveyancing department and learning and gaining further knowledge and practical experience in these areas.
