Robert Stuart-Hill is a Director at PGPS Attorneys and heads up the firm’s Litigation Department.
He is an experienced litigator with a strong track record in commercial, insurance and property
litigation.

Rob studied at the University of Natal and also spent time working in London before joining Venn
Nemeth & Hart in 1994 as an Article Clerk. He was appointed as a Director of the firm in 1999 and
later became Managing Director in 2014.

In April 2018, Rob joined Tomlinson Mnguni James, where he continued to practise in the areas of commercial, insurance and property litigation. In 2020, he co-founded PGPS Attorneys together with the other Directors.

Rob continues to enjoy the challenge of resolving disputes effectively and efficiently. In addition to leading the Litigation Department, he also heads up the firm’s Pre-Legal Debt Recoveries Call Centre division, which has an established track record of success in the industry.
